I am an Associate Professor of Management at the College of Business Administration at Kent State University.
I teach and conduct research across a range of areas in Human Resource Management. I have conducted empirical research on structured employment interviews, social media use in selection, faking and faking detection in interviews, biodata measures, and personality tests.
